NAZA-M LITE not responding to FS-R6B receiver

Hello. I bought DJI F450 with the NAZA-M Lite controller. My transmitter/receiver combo is 6 channel FS-CT6B transmitter with the FS-R6B receiver. I bound the transmitter to the receiver and checked that the receiver responds to the sticks on the transmitter (I checked using arduino connected to the receiver). My problem is that the NAZA controller doesn't respond to the receiver at all. I connected channel 1 to A on NAZA, channel 2 to E, channel 3 to T, channel 4 to R. I also tried connecting channel 5 to U and channel 6 to X1 as well as not connecting channel 5 and 6 at all, and it didn't make a difference. Why is NAZA not responding to the receiver in Naza-m Lite Assistant? I set the RC mode in the software to Traditional. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
