My recent experience with DJI support......

A good experience!

12/20 - purchase of P4
1/10 - I contact dji thru email- my RC shows fault after I installed the hdmi module.
1/12 - dji agrees, send it in
1/13 - rec'd USPS prepaid label
1/14- RC sent
1/19 - dji rec'd part
1/20 - received email "stay tuned for invoice"
1/23 - rec'd invoice, total inc shipping = $40.50 - reason: "no warranty, ribbon cable compromised with HDMI install"

All of the above is fine with me, watch the ribbon cable! I've done a lot of work on boards before and this one must crimp easily......it's fairly fragile. But $40 and the above turnaround time for me is good customer service, in my opinion. All done by email, no long waits on the phone.
