Monday went down to the local lake with my P3S, did a compass calibration and took off. Had a good signal with the iPad Air 2 and began recording as soon as I took off. Flew in a straight line and the next thing I see is that it was going into Auto Landing and had lost signal. I had lost sight of it obviously, but can not remember what the final figures on distance and height were. Is there anyway to hook up the controller and get some info or can I get some from the iPad? I just chocked it up to bad IMU calibration or something similar, but regardless, the last thing I heard were the props hitting water. Any suggestions appreciated.

If you want us to check out the flight log, upload it here and post a link back here.

I would gladly send you the info if I knew how to download it from the controller or iPad.

Ok,

Hook it up to iTunes
Go to apps
Scroll down to dji go app
Save flight records folder.
Find log file inside (date - time)
Upload here / healthy drones website....
There is a page on there that will list errors.
