Did you film this in MP4 or MOV ?
How did you upload this to YouTube, I mean did you use other codecs or any kind of optimization for YouTube ?
I have a problem that my video is not smooth when uploaded to YouTube.

I exported this vid as mp4, it's the best one for Youtube (H.264 format). You can also set the bitrate for ~10 Mbps, it looks really good on YouTube.
