I flew my P3 Standard for the first time yesterday. It handled much better than I was expecting. I was used to flying RC aircraft and having to manipulate the controls continually to stay aloft. This was a breeze. I set up the P3 Saturday and had a problem with the firmware update. It told me I needed updates so I tried to update it a couple of times manually which is the only option I thought I had. Then it had a notice of lost signal and would not link the controller to the P3. I tried relinking it and that didn't work. Then I uninstalled the DJI GO app and reinstalled it. I then was able to update the aircraft and controller without a problem from the app. The app didn't give me that option before I uninstalled and reinstalled it. All is well now. It flew like a dream. I was able to land it in an area much smaller than I was expecting to land in. I was able to get six flights under my belt and they all pretty much went picture perfect.
