I am a newbie, looking for advise on what is the best software to use for adding music tracks to my videos. I looked around the forum, but did not see anything.

I use Adobe Premiere.
iMovie used to be good, but the latest version is awful.
Premiere is also available for Windows if you swing that way.

Thanks. Is there a software package for Windows that covers both Picture and Video Editing, at a reasonable price? (not Photoshop)
