Multiple WiFi Connections to Range Extender

I'm wondering if it'd be possible to have two devices/users connected to the range extender of a P2V+. I would like to have my phone attached to the controller running DJI VISION to monitor flight stats while a second person is connected running the DJI VISION app on an ipad to control camera position.

Has anyone tried this? I've searched the forum but haven't found anything yet.

I thought I read somewhere in these forums that this is not possible. When a 2nd device connects to the extender it will drop the signal from the 1st device. Maybe someone else will confirm this.
