Was just wondering if there would be issues with having multiple phantoms flying around each other. Basically I have a phantom 1 with fatshark setup and a Phantom fc40 and was wondering if I could be flying one and my buddy flying another without having any interference problems.

Well I was mainly concerned with the 5.8 fatshark affecting the 5.8 transmitter of the FC40 and then the 2.4 transmitter of phantom 1 affecting the 2.4 wireless of the FC40

Should not be a problem as there are 32 channels available on 5.8.
If both birds were using the same channel yeah then there would be an interference problem.
DJI's transmitter can easily change channels.
