Mp4s from litchi

Hey everyone I started using litchi with my p3a and love it , however I can't get MP4 video to play on my Android 7.0 device. I'm using a USB adapter to transfer videos to my SD card on the phone. I just get an error message when I try play back. Any help would be appreciated

I found I had the same problem using samsung tab s..if I took add out of the bird and instead it into my tablet..then they would work

HI try play with record settings ,sounds like wrong recording setting , or check image format

install VLC from the Play store... it'll play most anything
