motors on dji standard 3 not starting

my drone has never given me any problens since I've had it. it never crashed and I've had it almost a year this month. however, today when I tried flying it, theres power all the lights and beeping noise are there. my dji go app has the drone connected and camera is also connected but when the I try to start the drone with the remote both down in same direction the propellers won't start.

does anyone know why?

You must have gps satellite locks before you can start the motors. Is the banner at the top "green" saying safe to fly? Or is the battery too cold? The latter usually has a screen notice of battery being too cold.

You must have gps satellite locks before you can start the motors.

The motors will start with no GPS lock as long as beginner mode is disabled.
