Hi, not sure if this is right .... but here goes. Recently changed stock motors for T motors. Made sure of CW / CCW wiring. Turned Quad on and tested. On start up front right motor started in reverse then went forward. The quad still flew but on start up occasionally it began in reverse then forward (only the one motor ) Another change since motor swap is that if you hold throttle down all motors stop. this is not good..... can Anyone help?

Motor stop when holding down is correct. Altimeter communicates the phantom is not dropping in altitude and tells motors to stop. Won't or shouldn't happen when in flight. As far as t motors, I recently swapped factory motors for t motors and the threads were opposite for pv2 props so I had to put a CW motor where a CCW motor should be and wire as a CCW and vice versa.

When replacing the motors, did you remove the motor's wires end from the esc board or you cut the wires and used the connectors? If you used the soldering iron to remove the wires, the contact plate may peeled off slightly and caused the motor to act funny. Most members recommended cutting the wires with the benefit of changing motor direction easily and not ruining the board.
You may also want to swap the problematic motor with the other to identify the problem (motor or the esc board or neither of them).
Good luck
