Hi,

I flew my copter slowly a couple of feet into a small house plant. I quickly shut it down. On start up, one motor(ccw) just vibrated and got hot as well. I've since replaced it. While it no longer gets hot, it still has that cw/ccw vibration. How should I proceed?

since you said you already swapped the motor, if the wiring between the esc and the motor is all fine, then I would guess the esc is gone. You also might check that the solder joints on the three motor wires out of the esc looks good.

On a brushless motor, such as used in the Phantom, what you describe is the result of one of the three wires from the ESC to the motor not being connected or a faulty ESC.
