more gimbal motor overload

P4P+ pretty new; no crash
now on startup of AC I see "gimbal motor overload"
see movement in video linked below; sits there doing the same thing over and over
so sent to dji but...
was there any quick fix I should have done?

Well, even tho rather a newbie, I did see that option and tried the Auto-recalibrate and after a time it reported that the process failed.

a bit of compressed air might have helped, not sure of what conditions you fly in, but some times debris can get stuck

I had the same pro lem with my P4P a d tried all the different calibrations with no success. I called DJI and they had me send it in. I have no idea what they did but it works now. The tech didnt put any info in the repair log.
