My Phantom 4 does not work well with a Mini iPad. It is constantly glitchy and stuttery. Already messed with setting to see if that would help but nothing has worked. Any ideas?

I use an iPad Mini 4 with both GO and Litchi with no problems. Have you tried turning off the wifi or if it is phone enabled, putting it in Airplane mode? and always with these units, check the cable connecting the RC to the tablet.

Is is an iPad Mini 1? If so, it's going to be too slow to run DJI GO. You'll need at least an iPad Mini 2. If you're using at least an iPad Mini 2, then try these tips.
I have an iPad mini, it is very slow running OSX 9.2. I went out today and bought the new 9.7 inch iPad Pro and I can tell you right now you won't be disappointed.
