Measuring Flight Distance

I know you guys are way ahead of me on this but I thought I might mention it for those who didn't know; there's an iOS App called "Distance Measure" that is a handy reference tool for... measuring distances. I've found that it not only keeps me out of trouble but keeps me honest too.

Why would anyone need a seperate app that measures distance? What is this trouble you mention?

I've been using an android app called maps measure for the past few years and it's very useful for planning long distance flights or to see if your intended shot may be out of reach before flying.

Google maps also does this natively.

The app I use is very handy. Tip a point as a marker and tip the next to see the distance between and keep tapping points and it will add to the overall distance. Say if you wanted to follow a road with twists and turns you can easily get an accurate distance by using multiple points
