Just thought I'd share my finished install of the MaxxUAV ITElite range extender antenna.

I did the "Clean Install" kit.

Jake and his staff were wonderful to work with!

Looks good bud.
Little tip:Alot of guys just criss-cross the wires for a "cleaner-looking" setup.
It doesn't make a difference if they're crossed.

Looks good. And criss-cross for sure. Good job on your clean install

Look great. Thanks for the pics.
I'm thinking about doing the same.

How's the new performance?!

Does this help in not so ideal conditions...urban..trees...etc?

I just flew close to home on first flight. But seems better so far. I'm in heavily treed area, so getting even 1 mile was tough.

Oh wow, so even with the upgrade still difficult. I'm also in semi-treed area. If i could get better range here , i'm all for the upgrade. Otherwise the range in a clear enviroment is good enough for me standard.
Here's hoping you'll get better range with the upgrade! BTW I'm not even close to 1 mile in my area....1500ft is my max.

I'm sorry for not being clear. I was only able to get about 1 Mile with stock antenna's. I'm hoping to get better video and maybe longer range with the upgrade. Not much into flying long distances, but want to feel confident when I have to go further out from controller (like over water).

Wow 1 mile with stocks! I would be happy with that in my area!
Hope all goes well. Keep us updated!

I thought for areas with lots of tree's and buildings you need a boosted setup?

I agree that boosted would help even more, but I'm not really into distance flying. Just looking for good signal strength for those longer trips over lakes, etc...

We'll see how this goes.
