Maximum height only 30 metres

Hi Guys, have a Phanton 4 pro, was filming close to an airport in a Hotel complex and the craft was automatically grounded itself. Now won't let me fly above thirty metres. Beginner mode is off, if I change max height to 20m it only goes to 20m, if I change to 100m it will only fly to 30m and report max altitude has been reached.
Any suggestions
