This is one of two main concerns I have had. I suppose if I put deep thought into how well the Mavic will do with wind is.....it should exceed the P3 & P4 respectively.

The Mavic is lighter and smaller which should out fly Uncle P3 & P4. :)

But I'm going to have to reach into my bag of trix to help with seeing the Mavic better at a distance. The older a/c's being white seem to show up in the sky for me unless it was cloudy.

Engadget's hands-on review stated that they were in 14 MPH winds with no issue, and that their DJI rep claimed it is stable up to 27 MPH (around (amusingly) 0:27 in the video)

So I wonder what to expect at 28mph wind.

I fly in heavy strong wind a lot and I have a hard time with any drone being stable at 27mph. To me, stable means the a/c will show no signs of wind disturbance in playback video.
