Massive renovation

This is an 8 acre plot that has sat undisturbed for many years. The buildings were torn down years ago, leaving the slabs, foundations and asphalt parking lots.
It was a shopping center at one time.
It is now being completly bulldozed. No idea what will be built there, but this has to be costing someone a huge amount of money.

Second one was shot from a higher altitude (400 feet) and camera had ev set at +.03.
