Two questions:

1.The google map on DJI Go is different from the one at HD.
On the app there is a big cloud covering half of our property and on HD there are no clouds.
Is there any way to get the same version of the map HD is using on the app?

2.The arrow on the radar is always pointing about 10 to 20 degrees off to the left. Calibrated the compass at the iPhone, did the P3 dance again at no avail. Will a IMU calibration solve this?

If you are using an iPhone as your device you will get apple maps not google maps.
Have you calibrated the compass on your iPhone ?

Magnetic declination in your part of the world is about -24°. If you have calibrated the phone's compass and it's consistently pointing to the left, look at options in your phone's compass to show magnetic or true.
Try swapping to the other setting and see how that goes.
