Lowest altitude crash ever( I guess)

H folks, just to tell my little story!
Went flying my P3S yesterday and all went fine. Back at home, I got into my house with my P3 in one hand and the RC in the other...on my way down to the basement...tripped on the cat and there is my P3 going down the stairs on its own. My heart stopped beating...but the magic happened, it gently rolled all the way down on the prop guard and landed...on the landing gear!!!!!! Gimbal lock was on...I carefully insected the bird...all was ok...went out to test fly...all good!
So from now on, CSC will have another meaning to me...''Careful with the Stupid Cat! If there is a God for Phantom pilots...he was over my head yesterday! Never had a fly away or in-flight crash before but I **** know now the panic it must bring!
Oh...by the way...the cat is OK too!

CSC,!! good one, One of the best reasons I;ve read for the use of prop guards too!

I cannot agree more on the use of prop guard agaisnt cats! One good reason also is it may prevent a rapid descent in case of a drop over trees...at worst, it'll remain hooked high in the tree but all in one piece.

since your basement is below ground guess you crashed at minus 5 feet or something. now that is low altitude for sure..
