Lost Pitch Control any Ideas?

Hello all,

Ive had my vision 2 plus for some time now and recently I lost all pitch control

No major accidents at anytime, a few bumpy landings (we all have them right?) but i just have no pitch control.

I show full control on phantom RC app on my mac so i know the RC is ok.

when i have it connected to my phone the pitch bar on the right hand side is just red and has no control.

Does anyone have any ideas or maybe have a pitch board i could purchase to try and cancel that bit out.

Any info or suggestions would be great.

Which app, which controller (new one has the camera wheel) if it's the original controller (takes batteries ) is the software set to use normal controller as opposed to upgraded controller( upgraded controller has camera wheel and with the P2V standard when selected stops the Slider on the dji app from working), I'd get the lid off and check for any loose cables
