Lost p3s no flight data

I lost my P3S on the 8th and have yet to recover it. I also do not have access to a flight log of that particular flight for some reason. I use Djigo and litchi. Djigo was used the night it was lost. Does anyone know why that flight could be missing from the logs?

If you usedDJI Go, the flight data would normally be there.
Go to DJI Flight Log Viewer | Phantom Help and you'll find instructions to help you find the recorded flight data.
Upload it to that site and come back with a link to the report it gives you.
