Hello Folks,
I have lost my drone, and need to retrieve the flight data. Since I'm not very technical, I would like your help. Would someone please explain in detail how I can retrieve the flight data?

There are several post in the search,,"flight data" might help as well..several people here have a Mack for finding lost birds,,

This is the link that @msinger supplies to upload your flight data. It's fairly straightforward and supplies information for both android and apple devices.
Hope you can get your quad back.
