Hi guys,

Today I lost my P3P forever, it is in the bottom of the ocean somewhere in Oman

My question is this -

If I buy a replacement p3p, will my old controller be compatible with it?

I obviously have the old controller and 2 batteries...

If this is possible, my next question is where do I get one from (without the controller), and, how much will it likely cost?

Many thanks in advance.

Yes you can just re-link the old controller to the new phantom. I'm not sure where you can get a phantom without a controller though.

DJI sells just the P3P aircraft here for $709. That includes everything but the remote controller and battery charger.

That one I linked is an Advanced, but they will also have Pros.
Any Advanced or Pro is compatible with any Adv or Pro controller.
It's a simple half minute task to link the Phantom with a different controller.

Thanks Meta.

Now, on a separate note, I have retrieved the footage via the app of the trip.

Is there anyway of downloading that footage IN HD to my normal gallery? - It appears that when i download to normal gallery it loses significant quality? Is there any way around this?

The video from the app is 720p and subject to any interference.
The HD video is recorded on the SD card. No card = no HD video.
