looking for help in fixing my drone

Hey, I'm new to this forum & was wondering if anyone can direct me in the right direction for getting my phantom 2 drone repaired in the NYC area, Has anyone used a reliable company that I can call, & also has anyone had the FATAL ERROR message come up on thier drone, all of a sudden my drones not flying , & cameras not panning up & down .Any help would be greatly appreciated .Thanks Wayne@Emerald

Where are you seeing this FATAL error warning? On your DJI Vision App or on the Phantom assist PC software??
If you are seeing on the phone app, try plugging it to a PC as it may provide more answers.
