Hi every one. I have currently have a clover leaf antenna on my boscam TS351 sender, my screen has a built in receiver with two antennas on those two antennas I have another clover leaf and a helical monopole antenna I was expecting to get some great distances from these but I did a test flight last night and I lost signal at 210 meters, does anybody have any tips on any antennas with a longer range as I plan to go high with my phantom? Thanks guys

I am getting a lot more range with the same setup.
You do know the helical is directional and needs to be pointed at the phantom?
Are your antennas all right hand? There are some cheap left handers on eBay which will mess with your range.
Are you on an area with high interference?

Thanks man .. Yeah I know I have to point at it.. I was in a field last night so not many obstructions. How do I check if they are left or right hand ? Thanks again

If you look at both the helical and the cloverleaf they both need to be wound like a wine bottle corkscrew, ie right hand thread to the antenna wires.

Where is the phantom antenna mounted? Out to one side pointing down is generally best.
