Live feed looks like snow or over exposed

I have a fairly new Phantom 3 Standard
When on the ground or in shaded areas the picture quality is good but when up higher the screen is like a white out and landscape features are not definable. I have played with camera settings in the menu, but no luck.
It is almost impossible to fly out too far when you cannot make out landmark features.

Check your settings for the camera again as it sounds as if the camera is in manual mode.

There is an option to reset all camera options to DEFAULT.

Try that.

Yes l am a silly ----- !! Found another section for camera settings and it was in manual mode !! All fixed now and off to do some crop inspections.
