That looks like tape.

Looks like there used to be tape over stress cracks. Airframe damage should not be trusted.

If it's only a scratch, and not a crack, I would not worry about it.

It looks like there are spider web fractures in the plastic. Hard to tell for sure from the photo.

Sorry I explain wrong my phantom 3p have a little crack I wonder if i can apply some proxy glue

A little epoxy might be ok to cover it, if that all it is.

The glue would only work near the surface. Hard to tell how deep those cracks are. Best to take the body apart and inspect with a strong light. Cracks like that will only get worse over time.

Tough call there. It might stay like that, or get worse, so at the least, I would inspect after every flight.

Being that it's the top of the shell and that looks like the crack is from a minor crash, I wouldn't worry about it. But I would put the strong arm supports and the other safety equipment on the bottom regardless. I have a couple cracks from a crash in the top of mine and it doesn't affect anything

You should not live with the crack on shell as it will only grow as you put in more flying hours. Better fix it.

I would suggest replacing the top half of the aircraft shell. If you do not want to replace it yourself, take it to a local hobby shop. I would not recommend taking it to DJI, as it could be more expensive.
