Litchi & iPad mini

To use Litchi with planned flights, do you need a iPad mini with cellular for the GPS service? What about with DJI Go?

You don't need a GPS enabled tablet for any of the apps. The exception is if you want to use 'follow me" mode or to reset the Homepoint to the RC location. All of the general flight functions use the on-aircraft GPS receiver. Celular isn't required either. All of my tablets (iOS) are wifi only.
