Nice clear video and the gimbal's clearly working.

I guess a smaller field of view on the gopro would help, together with having the gopro pointing down by 10-15 degrees.
 
Have you got FPV and an adjuster to alter the angle of your camera? Slight adjustments to lose the prop guards would be good but that said an excellent video. Maybe take a look at ProAdrenalin from ProDAD for edit and remove the fisheye effect.
 
I'm not using FPV at this stage. I quite like watching exactly where the copter is 3rd person.

I upgraded the remote for one with an adjustment control which lets me pan the camera up and down in flight. Works really well.

FPV is great. I use a monitor not goggles as I like to keep an eye on my Phantom but use the screen to check to see what the camera is seeing.
