Do lights on bottom of quad mean anything?in flight today the red on one arm where off and then came on 30 seconds later

In the manual and on videos there are definitions of what all the light combinations are.

Wow, red lights. Not good. Was it only on one arm or two, if it was only one of the four get help, don't fly.
