lid won't close with pmu?

So I'm finishing the install on my 1.1.1 of the upgrade board, pmu v2, and iosd mini. Everything fits under the lid with plenty of room, but I cannot close it because the gps connection from the pmu to the main board stands too tall...not allowing the lid to close completely.

Does anyone have any ideas how to fix it?
