Las Question, I'll quit annoying you all. Cell Towers

Greeting everyone. It seems as though all the good places to fly, including my house, have a cell tower within 1/2 mile. What is the closest you would get to one, or should I avoid them all together? I obviously know not to fly towards or around them. Thank you all for your kind help.

I have a tower 1K ft from my house.
I fly the Phantom between my house and it all the time.
I have flown my CP 450 heli on a Spektrum w/DSM2 for last 7 years... no problems
