I just noticed I have an old laptop in a cupboard that never gets used and I was wondering if there's an app available I could install to get FPV to display on that as it'd be kind of handy to let others see that rather than them trying to see my phone screen.

Any thoughts...?

It's the name for a laptop that leaps from your lap to another area, be it floor, couch, table, basically any surface free of clutter. A leptop.
