I posted this pic a while back on Facebook and it went a bit viral, so I thought I would share it here. This is a picture thats takeing in Tahoe City, this section on the left side of the dock feeds the Truckee River, which during the summer has a booming lazy river rafting business, not to mention the Truckee River feeds various cities. Granted this is winter, but our winter up here is not really a winter 
So not looking good for the spring melt off from the mountains to feed this section.
