Lagged video after awhile

Using iPad mini 2 everything latest firmware I see the video only lag out every once and awhile and I have to restart everything to get it back to normal... Any thoughts? I'm jealous of those flying so far away I want to but I'm scared of the video doing that when its out of view range..

Could it be the heat? are you using a sun shade?

Buckaye. I doubt the heat. Usually under a tree or something and it happens first flight out of ac car

Just did another flight. Have same issues. Upgraded to latest firmware/app. Using Ipad Mini2. I did all the suggestions in fact I ONLY have the DJI app installed on my iPad. I'm not a big apple fan i bought this just for the drone so it's all its got.

Flew for about 10 minutes without an issue then started getting lagged video. the P3P was really close to me. and had full signals Wasn't even recording.

This is beyond frustrating
