I am just tired of waiting on DJI to send me back my remote. The RTH button broke and they don't have an exchange program. Well anyway has been with them for 6 weeks and still sitting in "Verified". Just not feelin patient any longer and feel like ranting a bit.
 
I know the feeling. Ordered a replacement shell about two months ago. When i cancelled my order they decided to email me back saying they were out of stock and didnt know when theyd get any back in

Post over on the dji forum with your case #. The dji reps that frequent the forums are very helpful.
