Judge annulled $10.000 fine leved by FAA

Just found out from TeamFlyingCircus.com that a judge for the NTSB has annulled a $10.000 fine laid down by the FAA by a man who flew a UAV for commercial use to close to Charlottesville VA for capturing photos and video for hire. But the judge concluded that the FAA was not in line with the FAA rules for model air craft.

What!? You man the government MIGHT be subject to following its own laws!? That is just insane! Who would have thought it?
