I have a phantom FC40 ver1.1.1 I do all my preflight checks reset compass and transmitter, I notice when I hover 10 feet in air my green light flashes once when I move it blinks twice I have a chart and it tells me, IOC NOT CENTERED is this normal during flight?
Is this normal when in flight?

Yes it is normal for single flash with no control stick inputs (centered) and double flash when any stick is moved from center.
(Yellow flashes in ATTI. mode and Green flashes in GPS mode)
Not sure what the IOC reference is, are you sure that's the correct term?? It believe it should be 'stick(s)'.
