Can anyone tell me if an iPad 2 ISO version 9. 3.2 works with the DJI Go app. I have a phantom 3 advanced.

Unfortunately, the iPad 2 is not on the DJI Go app list.

monster69, you can find a list of Apple devices that will work here.

I guess it might work. Even my old iPad mini 1 kinda worked but its screen update was stuttery and slow with occasional bursts of blurry video feed with DJI GO (and Litchi). Setting the iOS system region to U.S. allowed lower transmission rate and slightly better video but even then it wasn't acceptable.

So I just got iPad Pro 9.7" because flying with that semi-unsupported old iPad mini 1 felt too risky.
