iPad Mini clamp

I searched but did not find a specific post on this subject.

I want to use my iPad Mini for my FPV monitor, but the OEM clamp does not appear to reach to hold the Mini. Is there an alternative clamp (or a way of extending the OEM clamp) without damaging the mount or original clamp and holding the Mini securely?

When I went to the Ebay link you provided, I didn't see a mount with the OEM clamp interface (ball-socket), how did you connect the aftermarket clamp to the controller?

Hi Tom,
Just reversed the handle on the transmitter, bought 2 items (links below) cut and glued the OEM phone holder to the back of the Mini mount and painted the parts. Photo of the back so you can see better is below as well.

Hello,
You simply unscrew ball mount from phone holder, then do the same on new mount,
They are the same size, then swap the 2, 5 minutes tops to install !
Super simple! You will need a sun shade, I don't use mine, because is too hard to see in sunlight!
Nice thing about this mount, you can always switch back!
