IPAD MINI 2 AND MEMORY

I'm currently using a Samsun Galaxy S4 cell on my P3P but looking to upgrade to an IPAD Mini 2. What would you IPAD Mini 2 users recommend? 16GB OR 32GB? Does it matter to screen refresh rate?

The screen refresh rate is not affected by the capacity. If you're only going to use your iPad with the DJI Pilot app, then the 16GB should be plenty. That's what I'm using.
