I have never, ever, ever used an Apple product. I have never, ever, ever wanted to use an Apple product. But after receiving the notice my Nvidia Shield tablet was getting re-called, I decided to give it a try, and ordered an iPad Air 2. However, I have noticed that the iPad Air 2 has a different type of plug in it than my Nvidia Shield did, and am unsure what to do. I assume just use the USB cable that came with the iPad in place of the cable that came with the P3P, but I just wanted to make sure, and hope not to screw anything up...

Yes, the one that came with your iPad is USB/Lightning. Android uses USB/mini USB.

As he did not know that Apply uses "Lightning" connectors, I'd believe him.
I've touched an Apple device... never used one. Great devices though.
