California testing deployment system for delivery of units of blood. Right now I believe it is from the blood bank or point of draw to the hospital in need of that type. Positive reports like this so help to fuel "what if" and "why not" questions regarding our hobby/professional endeavors. This is taking place in Palo Alto, California.
