Insurance to cover Transportation risk for Phantom 3 repairs

Hi, I have a RMA to return my Phantom 3 to DJI for repairs. DJI supplied the shipping label. However they do not provide insurance in case of loss or damage. I talked to FedEx and they do not provide insurance either. Has anyone experienced this problem? Also has anyone lost their Phantom when shipped via FedEx? Thanks
 
I had to pay to ship my P2V to DJI I added insurance.
Same as you they sent me a shipping label for my P3S I figured they would be responsible if something happened. Actually I was hoping it would get destroyed, but not lost.
