Installing Strobe... Need Advice

Hey guys! I just purchased a DS-30-1 strobe and a 9V battery holder for my P4 to begin the night waiver process. I'm just wondering what the best installation location for the strobe and the battery box are. I would love to have it be removable. It will be a rare occasion that I will fly at night.
