Here is waht happened. I had a crash which dislodged the camera and broke one of the props, also the batt. popped out. Once all this was replaced (the same day) I was up and flying in aboiut 5min. The flight went ok, then next time I went to fly about two weeks latter the motor would not turen properly it tried to turn but just sputtered. ShouldI replace the motor and the esc board? Or is there a way to figure out if it is just a damaged board or motor. Thanks for helping out.

Does the motor feel ok when turned by hand?

You could unsolder the motor and swap with the matching motor on the opposite corner. If the fault follows the motor then the motor is bad .

It was the motor, I guess the screw on the prop gaurd was too long, but it only effected on motor. But I'm not going to chance using the gaurds again.
