Inspire tablet mount problem

I bought the Inspire tablet mount for my Phantom controller... it blows the stock mount away... however, it suddenly became "floppy" like the screw is stripped or something... is this a known problem??? Any resolution???

Have you tried tighting the knob at the top .

Everything is tight except for the screw that controls the pitch of the tablet... it just spins like it's stripped... just wondering if it's a known problem???

First I heard or seen this Chris . unscrew it and look .

Is it a genuine DJI mount? Like Dirk says, unscrew it and take a look at the threads.

Thanks for moving it... and yes, it's the genuine Inspire mount... when I get home for work today, I'll check it out...
