Inspire 1 gimbal and camera

Just curious to know if the gimbal and camera will work on the phantom 2?
I assume probably not.
But if they do, can one purchase them seperately from the bird?

That would not be easy. And the Inspire camera is still a work in progress.

The inspire camera is made only for the Inspire.
It's not going to work on a Phantom

You never know ...you can buy an inspire 1 camera and gimble for 550.00 usd new..

It's not made only for the Inspire 1. They are making the stick/handle that it will mount to as shown at CES.

Some think that maybe the next version Phantom 2 Vision+ could get the inspire 1 camera and gimbal... when the Inspire 2 with its new camera comes out.
